These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website.
1. General
All artworks are original works created by Lindsey van der Vorm.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in EURO (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders are processed upon full payment. Payments are handled securely via trusted third-party providers.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Shipping & Delivery
All artworks are carefully prepared for shipment, including professional packaging and, where required, custom-built crating. Shipping costs are fixed per region and clearly stated on the website.
Delivery may take up to 6 weeks, depending on destination, customs procedures, and the scale of the work.
Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.
4. International Shipments
For international deliveries, import duties, VAT, and local taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Any delays caused by customs or third-party carriers are outside of our control.
5. Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address.
6. White Glove Delivery
For larger works or installations, white glove delivery and installation services may be arranged upon request. These services are quoted separately based on location and requirements.
7. Returns & Damages
Due to the nature of original artworks, all sales are final.
If an artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue where appropriate.
8. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, and content remain the intellectual property of Lindsey van der Vorm.
The purchase of an artwork does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the work without prior written consent.
9. Liability
We take great care in the preparation and shipment of all works. However, liability for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party carriers is limited to the extent permitted by law.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
